RESOLUTION NO. 92- fQ
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY FAIRBOARD
Commissioner
the following resolution:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter the "Board "), is empowered and directed to make certain necessary and
administrative appointments and designations to various County boards and agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to make certain appointments to the Board relating to
matters of county fair management, and
WHEREAS, the Board is empowered by Section 35 -5.5 -107, C.R.S., to make
appointments to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, 7elaine Wahlert be and is hereby appointed as an alternate member of The Eagle
County Fairboard for a term to expire December 31, 1992 or until her successor shall have been
appointed.
THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the
public health, safety and welfare in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day of
1992.
