COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92— �O
CONCERNING APPOINTMENT of ASSOCIATE MEMBER
to the
EAGLE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, by Resolutions No. 92 -01, The Board of County Commissioners (the
"Board "), pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28 -117, appointed regular members to the Eagle County
Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Board then determined to defer appointment of associate (alternate)
members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate and necessary to make said
appointment at this time, said associate member to serve when designated in the event
that any regular member is temporarily unable to act owing to absence from the county,
illness, interest in a case before the Zoning Board of Adjustment, or any other cause.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Bruce Carey be and is hereby reappointed to serve as an associate
(alternate) member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, until the date of the first Board of
County Commissioners' meeting in 1993, or until his successor shall have been named.
THAT this resolution is necessary for the health, welfare and safety of the citizens
of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
C unty of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day of
1992.
