of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92 3
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30 -28 -206, et seq., C.R.S., and
Section 3. 11, Eagle County Land Use Regulations, the Board of
County Commissioners ( "the Board ") has established the Building
Board of Appeals to hear appeals from decisions of the Eagle County
Building Official; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two regular members and three alternate
members of said Board of Appeals have expired; and
WHEREAS, Keith Brent and James R. Morter desire to continue
to serve as regular members on said Board of Appeals, and the Board
finds it appropriate to reappoint them to successive terms; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it in the best interest of the County
to amend said terms to provide for staggered expiration dates of
all appointments to said Building Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint alternate members to
said Board, and Dave Stanish, Andrew Beck and Larry McKinzie have
indicated they wish to continue to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Keith Brent be reappointed as a regular member of the
Building Board of Appeals for a term expiring March 1, 1993, or
until his successor shall have been designated.
THAT, James R. Morter be reappointed as a regular member of
the Building Board of Appeals for a term expiring March 1, 1994,
or until his successor shall have been appointed.

THAT, Dave Stanish, Andrew Beck and Larry McKinzie are hereby
reappointed as alternate members to serve until March 1, 1993.
THAT, this resolution is necessary for the public health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
