BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - A 7
Concerning the PUBLIC AUCTION of COUNTY PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, C.R.S. 30- 11- 101(1)(c) and (e), and C.R.S. 30-11 -
107(1)(a) and (e), empower the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to
as the "Board ") to sell, convey, or exchange personal property
owned by Eagle County, and to make such order respecting the
same as may be deemed conducive to the interests of the inhab-
itants; and
WHEREAS, on February 10, 1992, by Resolution 92 -17, the
Board authorized the disposal of certain personal property
listed in the Exhibit attached thereto; and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the County Buildings
and Grounds Department, the Board wishes to dispose of certain
additional items valued at $500 or more each item.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the personal property listed in the Exhibit A at-
tached hereto be offered for sale at public auction, or other-
wise disposed of as the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor deems
to be in the best interest of the County.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its
regular meeting held the o 2 ' i day of March, 1992.
