NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO THAT,the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the amended Table 7: Electrical Permit Fees, attached hereto as Exhibit A, which supersedes the corresponding table found in Chapter III of the Eagle County Building Resolution, most recently amended August 23, 2016, and which is intended to automatically update each year based on the maximum increase allowable set forth in the Inspection Fees Statute. THAT,upon applying the maximum adjustments allowable in the Inspection Fees Statute each year,the Chief Building Official for Eagle County shall make available in the Community Development Department an updated Table 7 setting forth the fees for that year. Residential (Single Ownership Residence) This fee (based on the enclosed living area only) includes construction of, or remodeling or an addition to residential structures including, a single family home, duplex, condominium, or town house.If you are ONLY charging or providing a service and not wiring any portion of the above, see Section B below for correct permit fee. Not more than 1,000 square feet .$120.00 Over 1,000 square feet and not more than 1,500 square feet $168.00 Over 1,500 square feet and not more than 2,000 square feet $216.00 Per 100 square feet in excess of 2,000 square feet $ 9.60 B.
