the following resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - d 6
CONCERNING APPOINTN[ENT TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY WEED ADVISORY CONMMSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Eagle County Weed Advisory Commission
by the resignation of Bob Boston; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the County") is empowered by Section 35 -5.5 -107, C.R.S., to make
appointments to said Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to fill this vacancy as this time, and Keith Scott has
indicated his willingness to replace Bob Boston, on said commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Keith Scott be and is hereby appointed a member of the Eagle County Weed
Advisory Commission for a term to expire December 31, 1992, or until his successor shall have
been appointed.
THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the
public health, safety and welfare in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissio of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the Qom' day of
