Commissioner moved adoption
of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92 - r0llz
MAKING APPOINTMENT TO THE
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91 -9, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Eagle County, Colorado ( "the Board "), did approve an
intergovernmental agreement establishing the Eagle County Emer-
gency Telephone Service Authority, and did make appointments to
the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board; and
WHEREAS, the term of the member -at -large position on the
Authority Board expired on January 13, 1992, after having been
vacant for a time due to a resignation; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to make a new appointment to the
Authority Board at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Gary Denker be and is hereby appointed to the
Authority Board, as the at -large member, for a term commencing
immediately and continuing to January 13, 1995, as provided in
and directed by the above - referenced intergovernmental agreement.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of Eagle County.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the 15? day of 21bNA±t!r 1992.
