BOARD OF COUNTY COM M[ISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 92 -
CONCERNING APPOINTMENT TO THE
MINTURN CEMETERY BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred on the Minturn Cemetery Board of Trustees
by the resignation of Edward P. Ruder; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State
of Colorado (hereinafter "the County ") is empowered by Section 30 -20 -803, C.R.S., to
make appointments to said Cemetery Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to fill this vacancy at this time, and Dalton
Williams has indicated his willingness to replace Edward P. Ruder, on said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Dalton Williams be and is hereby appointed Trustee to the Minturn
Cemetery Board for a term to expire June 16, 1996, or until his successor shall have been
appointed.
THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day
of February, 1992.
