COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION No. 2020-036
FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF
AIRLINE RATES AND
CHARGES FOR THE EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2020-23, dated March 17, 2020, the Board of County
Commissioners for Eagle County, Colorado ("BoCC") established a schedule of airline rates and
charges for the Eagle County Regional Airport; and
WHEREAS, said rates and charges structure was to become effective on May 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, due to the coronavirus pandemic and its attendant impacts on the airline industry,
the BoCC is now desirous of extending the effective date of the new rates and charges structure
to August 1, 2020.
NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, Section 2.1 of Resolution No. 2020-23 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with
the following effective upon the execution of this First Amendment:
"Section 2. Effective Date
2.1. This Resolution shall take effect on August 1, 2020."
That, until the new rates and charges take effect, all existing agreements with airlines shall
remain in place pursuant to the terms and conditions of the same.
That, except as expressly altered, modified and changed in this First Amendment, all terms and
provisions of Resolution No. 2020-23 shall remain in full force and effect, and hereby are
ratified and confirmed in all respects as of the date hereof
That, if any conflict exists between the provisions of this First Amendment and Resolution No.
2020-23, the provisions of this First Amendment shall control.
MOVED,READ,AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 12 _day of May _, 2020.

Executive Summary: ECG adopted a new rates and charges structure at the Eagle County Regional Airport that was
to become effective on May 1, 2020. By this amendment, we are extending the effective date until August 1st due to
