Home My WebLink AboutR92-005 adjusting employee benefit packageEN Commissioner 'wLA moved adoption of the following Resolution: RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 92- 2-4 IN RE THE MATTER of ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PACKAGE Whereas, the County has established certain benefits that are provided to its employees as part of the consideration provided for employment; and Whereas, said benefits include participation the Colorado Employees Retirement Association (CCOERA) pool and health insurance program provided through Connecticut General; and Whereas, the Board desires to amend the terms of participation in the retirement pool and amend the terms of the health insurance program as described hereinafter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado: That, effective with the pay period beginning January 6, 1992, the County shall provide a four percent (4%) of actual wage contribution on behalf of each employee to the CCOERA pool. Likewise, the mandatory contribution from the employee shall be increased from three percent (3%) to four percent (4 %). That, the Chairman be authorized and directed to execute any required document, to amend the terms of the health insurance policy issued to the County for the benefit of County employees, in order limit payment of benefits for inpatient mental health and nervous disorder treatments to a maximum of 60 days. Effective January 1, 1992. That the appropriate elected and appointed officials are hereby authorized and directed to take such actions as may be required to carry out the intents and purposes described herein. The Board finds that the passage of this resolution is necessary for the health safety and welfare of Eagle County.
