A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIP,ECTING THAT CERTAIN TRA(JSFERS OF (~10NIES
WITHIN CERTAIN FUNDS BE DONE WITfiI.J THE 1981 EAGLE COUNTY BUDGET
4JHEREAS, pursuant to Section 29-1-111.~,C.R.S., 1973, as amended, the
Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado deem it necessary,
in view of the needs of the various offices, departments and boards, to
enact this Resolution transferring monies from certain funds within certain
funds;
THEREFORE, on the 30th day of December, 1981 in the Board of County
Cormissioners P~eeting Room, McDonald Building, 550 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado,
the following transfers shall be authorized to be made, due to circumstances
that were unforseen at the time of budget adoption of the 1981 Eagle County
Budget in 1980.
WHEREAS, in the General Fund, Road and Bridge Fund, Library Fund and Inter-
governmental Fund within certain departments expenditures exceeded appro-
priations and in certain other departments those expenditures did not exceed
appropriations;
THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, State of Colorado,
directs that interdepartmental appropriation transfers be made as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above interdepartmental transfers be
made and that the County Administrator be directed to transmit a copy of this
Resolution to all County Departments and Offices so affected; and
THAT, the County Officer whose duty it is to draw warrants or orders for the
payment of money be given a copy of this Resolution; and

THAT, the County Administrator be directed to file a certified copy of this
Resolution with the Division of Local Government in the State of Colorado; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution was duly published one time in a newspaper of
general circulation within the territorial limits of Eagle County, Colorado;
and
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, finds,
determines and declares this Resolution to be necessary for the health,
safety and public welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado held this 30th day of
December, 1981.
