BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION No. 81- ~~
APPOINTING A TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN FOR PURPOSES OF EXECUTING
CERTAIN BONDS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Eagle County, Colorado, that, in the absence of Chairman
Dale F. Grant, ~. ~ ~C.-~-~.-.~. is hereby appointed
,-
Temporary Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners for
the purpose of executing and delivering the County's Housing
Facilities Revenue Bonds (Vail Associates, Inc. project),
Series 1981 and the related Financing Agreement, Trust
Indenture and Bond Purchase Agreement, and taking such other
action as required or permitted of the Chairman under
Resolution No. 81-41 adopted by the~Board on November 25,
1981.
DULY INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED upon the affirmative
vote of the two County Commissioners present at a public
meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held this 14th
day of December, 1981.
