THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0. 81 - 1~.1,~~
RESOLUTION OF APPROPRIATION FOR THE BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF
EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982.
WHEREAS, the appointed Budget Officer of Eagle County, Colorado,
has submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle
County, Colorado the proposed budget for fiscal year 1982,
beginning January 1, 1982, and ending December 31, 1982; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed budget was held on the
seventh day of December, 1981, pursuant to public notice given,
and approved by the Board of County Cor~unissioners of Eagle County
by motion regularly made and seconded on the seventh day of
December, 1981; and
T,nTHEREAS, all matters and things required by law to be done have
been done and performed in the premises;
NOW, THEP.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Eagle County, Colorado.
THAT, certain budget heretofore submitted by the appointed Budget
Officer of Eagle, County, Colorado as amended and considered by
the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, and
upon which a public hearing was held, and as therefore amended and
approved by the Board of County Commissioners by motion regularly
made, seconded and passed in the total amount of Nine Million,
Four Hundred Twenty Six Thousand, Three Hundred Ninety Five Dollars
($9,426,395) be and the same is hereby authorized to be the budget
of Eagle County, Colorado, for the fiscal year 1982. Said appro-
priations for the respective funds and departments shall be as
herein after set forth, and appropriated as required by Section
29-1-111, C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the General Fund the sum of
Four Million, Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, Eight Hundred
Thirty Eight Dollars ($4,963,838) and from the General Fund there
is hereby appropriated within the following departments and div-
isions the sum of Four Trillion, Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand,
Eight Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars ($G,963,838) to the following
respective departments and functions:

TI~.AT, there is hereby appropriated in the Road and Bridge Fund
the sum of Two Million, One Hundred Forty Three Thousand, Four
Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars ($2,143,477).

THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Public Welfare Fund
the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand, Three Hundred
Sixteen Dollars ($769,316) for fund expenditures
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Public Works Fund the
sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Five Thousand, Two Hundred Twenty
Dollars ($855,220) for fund expenditure
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Library Fund the sum of
One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Ten Dollars
(_$188,810) for fund expenditure.
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Retirement Fund the
sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) for fund expenditures.
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Intergovernmental Service
Fund (Motor Pool) the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) for
fund expenditures.
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Revenue Sharing Trust
Fund Eighty Six Thousand, Five I~undred Dollars ($86,500) for
fund expenditures.

THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Contingency Fund the
sum of Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand, Four Hundred One
Dollars ($353,401) for Fund Expenditures.
THAT, there is hereby appropriated in the Conservation Trust Fund
the sum of Five Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirty Three Dollars
($5,833) for fund expenditures.
NOW, T~iEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that passage of this Resolution of
appropriation for the fiscal budget year beginning January 1, 1982
and ending December 31, 1982 is necessary for the health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, held
