RESOLUTION
OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO . 81- '-~ ~
DISTRIBUTION OF RECEIPTS FROM MINERAL LEASING FUNDS -
SCHOOL DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34-63-101 et seg.,
C.R.S. 1973, as amended, the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the
"Board", is entitled to a certain percentage of those certain
funds now held or to be received by the State Treasurer pursuant
to the provisions of the Federal Mineral Lands Leasing Act of
February 25, 1920, as amended, which funds are hereinafter
referred to as "Mineral Leasing Funds"; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 34-63-102(3)(c), C.R.S.
1973, as amended, at least twenty-five percent of the Mineral
Leasing Funds which Eagle County is entitled to shall be
distributed to the respective school districts within Eagle
County as specified by the Board for use in accordance with
the purposes set forth in Section 34-63-101, C.R.S. 1973,
as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS of the County of Eagle, Colorado:
THAT, the Board hereby determines and declares that
twenty-five percent (25%) of the Mineral Leasing Funds which
Eagle County is entitled to pursuant to § 34-63-101 et seg.,
C.R.S. 1973, as amended, shall be distributed to the following
school districts in accordance with the following percentages,
which the total thereof shall equal the twenty-five percent
(25%) to be so disbursed:

THAT, the County Administrator is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the State
Treasurer, which Resolution so transmitted shall constitute
certification and notif ication to the State Treasurer as
required pursuant to Section 34-63-101 (3)(c), C.R.S. 1973,
as amended.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares
that this Resolution is necessary for the public health,
safety and welfare.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
Colorado, held this day of December, 1981.
