RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION N0. 81-yP 1982 FISCAL BUDGET MILL LEVY WHEREAS, on the second day of November, 1981, the Eagle County Assessor certified for 1981 a total assessed valuation of $ 177,851,570.00 for Eagle County, Colorado; and WHEREAS, the annual budget of Eagle County, Colorado for fiscal year 1982 requires the generation of property tax revenue for the various County funds. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and authorized by the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado: 1. That a property tax levy of nine and eight tenths and three hundredths and zero thousandths mills (9.830) for the General Fund is approved; 2. That a property tax levy of five and zero tenths and zero hundredths and zero thousandths mills (5.000) for the Road and Bridge Fund is approved; 3. That a property tax levy of four tenths and three hundredths and zero thousandths mills (.430) for the Social Services Fund is approved; , 4. That a property tax levy of six tenths and four hundredths and zero thousandths mills (.640)for the Public Works Fund is approved; 5. That a property tax levy of one and one tenth and zero hundredths and zero thousandths mills (1.100) for the Public Library Fund is approved; /i 6. That a property tax levy of three tenths and zero hundredths and zero thousandths mills (.300) for the Retirement Fund is approved; 7. That a property tax levy of five tenths and zero hundredths and zero thousandths mills {.500) for the Contingent Fund is approved; And that the total combined mill levy for these seven funds will be seventeen and eight tenths and zero hundredths and zero thousandths mills (17.800) for fiscal year 1982.
