RESOLUTION
1010 OF THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 81-
COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY - ACCEPTANCE OF MORTGAGE BANKING
FIRM
WHEREAS, there exists a housing shortage for agricultural
workers, their families, and other families of low income in
the County of Eagle, Colorado, with the result that many
agricultural and other low income workers and their families
are unable to find decent, safe and sanitary housing; and
WHEREAS, such condition constitutes a menace to the
health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 29 -4 -501 et seq., C.R.S. 1973,
as amended, it is in the public interest to authorize the
organization of a County Housing Authority within the County
of Eagle, Colorado, to provide housing facilities for agricul-
tural and other low income workers and their families; and
WHEREAS, relative to the establishment and organization
of such a County Housing Authority, the Board in conjunction
• with the County Human Resources Council, desires to retain a
mortgage banking firm to assist in the financial aspects thereto;
and
WHEREAS, after the request for submittal of bids from
qualified applicants and the review of such bids by the Human
Resources Council, said Council recommended to the Board the
retention of Mr. Roger Harra of the Colorado National Mortgage
Company for assistance in the financial aspects relative to the

establishment and organization of a County Housing Authority;
and
WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the recommendation of
the Human Resources Council and desires to retain Mr. Roger
Harra of the Colorado National Mortgage Company for the
above - described purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, County of Eagle, Colorado:
THAT, Mr. Roger Harra, Colorado National Mortgage
Company, Suite 700, 950 17th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202,
is hereby retained by the Board to assist the Board and the
• County Human Resources Council in the financial aspects
relative to the establishment and organization of a County
Housing Authority pursuant to § 29 -4 -501 et seq., C,R.S. 1973,
as amended.
THAT, the retention of Mr. Roger Harra of the Colorado
National Mortgage Company is based upon those certain repre-
sentations made and correspondence received by the County
Human Resources Council relative to its interview with Mr.
Roger Harra.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by the Board of
County Commissioners, County of Eagle, at its regular meeting
