R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, H. K. Brooks, Treasurer of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, has tendered his resignation as said
Treasurer to the Board of County Commissioners of said county,
effective at the close of business on the 31st day of December,
A. D. 1929;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, That the resignation
of H. K. Brooks as said Treasurer,be and hereby is accepted,
effective at the'close of business on the 31st day of December,
A. D. 1929; and
Be It Further Resolved, That H. A. Stein be and
hereby is appointed Treasurer of the County of Eagle, State
of Colorado, conditioned upon his giving bond to the.People •
of the State of Colorado in the sum of Fifty Thousand and

No /100 Dollars ($50,000.00); said appointment to be effective
•
at the close of business on the 31st day of December, A. D.
1929, and in force until his successor to said office shall
be duly elected and qualified.
Voting in the affirmative: Commissioners C. G.
Stanley, Wayne T. Jones and Gulling Offerson.
Voting in the negative: None.
