RESOLUTI ON.
WHEREAS, at this regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, on the 7th
day of April, A. D. 1930, petitions signed by a large number
of residents of East Lake Creek and West Lake Creek in Eagle
County and directed to Honorable Roland G. Parvin, State Game
and Fish Commissioner, Denver, Colorado, requesting that all
that part of East Lake Creek, a tributary of Eagle River,
commencing with the source of said stream and extending a
distance of approximately Fourteen and one -half (14 *) miles
to the bridge across the State Highway, which bridge is
situate about one -half ( *) mile from the outlet of said
East Lake Creek and all of West Lake Creek, a tributary
of East Lake Creek, in Eagle County, Colorado, commencing
with the source of said stream and extending a distance of
approximately Twelve (12) miles to the outlet of same, be
closed to fishing until the opening of the season in 1932
have been brought to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado;
AND, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has
inquired into the merits of said petitions and is fully advised
in relation thereto.
ROW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County heartily endorses said
petitions for the reasons set forth therein,

AND,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this
Resolution be forwarded with said petitions to Honorable Roland
G. Parvin, State Game and Fish Commissioner, Denver, Colorado.
