HomeMy WebLinkAboutR1931-003 Izaak Walton League 1 .,� • ! 1 • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, is the holaer of legal title to the following described - premises, to-wit: A part of the northeast quarter of the northwest Quarter of Section five (5) Township five (5) South of Range eighty -four (S4) West of the Sixth • Principal vleridian, designated as Tract 46D, by United States resurvey of said township and range, as approved June 20th, 1922, being more particu- larly described as follows: - Beginning at a point , -hence an iron stake with bronze cap, marked TR 45 TR 46 bears N. 52 ° 52' E.. 753.3 feet distant, thence S. 31 W., 130.7 feet; thence S. 56 43' E., 2+2.7 feet • thence N. 15 ° 06' E. 153.6 feet; thence N. 61 ° 36' W. 205.0 feet to the place of bef:innirg , containing an area of 31,540.00 square feet. Together " ith ri=ght of ingress and egress over practicable roads, and the right to the use of water for fisnpon t Ilrposes. Excepting, however, an unobstructed right of way 15 feet wide, running N. i8 ° 06' E. and S. l W. al on`- the Southeast boundary of said tract of land, heretofore reserved by Hans P. Olesen, in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 102, at Page 470 of the records in the office of the Clerk and Recorder within and for Engle County, State of Colorado. AND WHEREAS, the Ea.._ :le County Chapter of the Izaak Walton Dea`ue is desirous of sellin.v said real estate and using the proceeds from such sale for the purpose of constructing a retain- ing pond or ponds, elsewhere. • -1- IIM 411 Resolution. - 2 - NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered, that the real estate above described be sold to Andrew Christensen for the sum of Four Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($400.00), such sum to be paid to the Eagle County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League, to be used for the construction of a retaining pond or ponds for fish at a point or points to be designated by said Chapter of the Izaak Walton League, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Nettie Y. Cave, Clerk and Recorder in and for the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, be and she hereby is appointed Commissioner of Deeds to sell and convey real estate owned by the County of Eagle, State of Colo- rado, durin the term of her office as Clerk and Recorder in 4 and for s, id County, on order of the Board of County Commissioners thereof, and on such order, to make Food and proper conveyances of salve to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, and to affix there- ::. to the seal of the said County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
