19, the following action was taken, to-wit:

"Oomoissioner Wayne-T-7,-.Tenes read and moved the
adoption of the following rosolution, to-wit:
"Whereas, it has been brought to
the attention of the Board of County
Counissioners of Lagle County, Colo-
rado, that the Boards of County Commis-
sioners or several. Counties have passed
resolutiont urging the calling of a
special session of the Legislature
for passage of legislation to relieve
the tax situation in 001orado,
And, Whereas the Board of County
Commissioners of - Eagle County, Colorado,
is heartily in aocord with the measOroc
proposed in said resolutions,
How, Therefore, Be It Resolved
that the Board of County Commissioners
of lag's Monty,. Colorado, respectfully
requests and urges His Excellency,
Honorable William H. Adams, Governor of
the State of Colorado, to call a special
session of the Legislature to consider
legislation postponing all sales of
property for delinquent taxes to be
held during the year of 1932 for a
period of at least One (1) year,

amending the Statutes of Colorado fixing
the rates of interest and penalties
on delinquent taxes and tax certificates
by lowering said rates to such an
amount that payment thereof can be more
easily net by our suffering taxpayers
and for the passage of such other tax
legislation as will afford relief to
our citizens during the present economic
crisis,
And, Be It Further Resolved, that
this resolution be spread upon our
minutes and that a copy thereof be for-
warded to His Excellency, Honorable
William E. Adarns, Rovernor of the
State of Colorado, for his consideration."

Commissioner Gulling seconded said motion and upon
vote taken, the same was unanimously parried and said reso-
lution declared adopted."
