I, Nettie M. Cave, Clerk of the Board of County
• Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
do hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners of said County, held at Eagle,
Eagle County, Colorado, on the 12th day of November, A.D.
1932, the following action was taken:
RESOLUTION.
Commissioner G. Offerson read and moved the adopt-
ion of the following resolution, to -wit:
Whereas, It appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County,State
of Colorado, that work on certain highways
in said Eagle County stands out as of para-
mount importance and necessity for constru-
ction Buying the year of 1933;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, That
the following construction budget for the
year of 1933, be recommended to the State
Highway Department of the State of Colo-
rado, viz:
(1) That completion of the remaining
link on State Highway No. 4, U.S.H. 40S,
between Federal Aid Projects 240B and 240C,
be given first consideration as a Federal
Aid Project for the year of 1933.
(2) That State Highway No. 11 from
Wolcott, Eagle County, Colorado, to the
Grand County line be given second con-
sideration as Federal Aid Project for the
year 1933.
(3) That an early survey of the
Holy Cross Road, also known as the Shrine
Road, from the Town of Red Cliff, Eagle
County, Colorado, to the Summit County
line be given first consideration as a
State Highway Project.

(4) That the widening of the balance
of Highway 14 o. 104 from Hopkins, Eagle County,
Colorado be given second consideration as
a State Highway Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of
this Resolution be spread upon the minutes
of this meeting, and one copy each be sent
the State Highway Department, State Office
Building, Denver, Colorado, William Weiser,
Member for the Second District of the State
Highway Advisory Board, at his office in
Grand Junction, Colorado, and H. 1. Jenness,
Division Engineer, at his office in Glenwood
Springs, Colorado.
Commissioner W. T. Jones seconded said motion and upon
vote taken, the same was unanimously carried and said resol-
ution declared adopted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the
seal of said County, at Eagle, Eagle County, Colorado, this
25th day of November, A.D. 1932.
