County of Eagle. )
1, Nettie M. Cave, Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
do hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners of said County, held at Eagle,
Eagle County, Colorado, on the 6th day of September,
A. D. 1932, the following action was taken, to -wit:
"aissioner Gulling Offerson read and moved the
adoption of the following resolution, to-wit
"Whereas a Petition signed by
Forty -six (46) residents of the
Towns of Red Cliff and Gilman,Eagle
County, Colorado, and vicinity, has
been submitted to the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle
County, Colorado, requesting that
Homestake Creek, and its adjacent
beaver pond's in the area between
Homestake take and the junction
of said Homestake Creek and M. S.
Highway 40 South, be closed to any
and all fishing during the years
of 1933 and 1934, and further re-
questing that the two tributaries
of said Homestake Creek, known as
Missouri Creek and French Creek,
be likewise closed to fishing for
the same period of time,
And, Whereas, the Board of
County Commissioners has inquired
into the merits of said Petition
and is fully advised in relation
thereto.

Nor, Therefore, Resolved
that the Board of Colt omm i as! oners
of Eagle County heartily endorses said
Petition and is in accord therewith,
And, Be It Further Resolved, that
a Dopy of this Resolution be forwarded
with said Petition to Honorable Roland
G. Parvin, State Game and Fish Commis-
sioner, Denver, Colorado, for his
approval and consideration thereof."
Commissioner Wayne T. Jones seconded said motion and upon
vote taken, the same was unanimously carried and said reso-
lution declared adopted."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and the seal of said County, at Eagle, Eagle County, Colo-
redo, this 8th day of September, A. D. 1932,
