Cave, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, do hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Board of County Cannissionors of said County, held at Eagle, Eagle County, Colorado, on the 5th day of :uly, A. D. 1932, the following action was taken, to-wit: "Commissioner Gulling Offerson read and moved the adoption of the following resolution, to wit "Whereas, a Petition signed by Fifty (50) members of The Holy Cross Rod and Gun Club has been sabwitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, requesting that effective immediately all fishing be prohibited under penalty, on Grouse Creek and its tributaries, Two Elk Creek and its tributaries, and that part of Cross Creek from its connec- tion with the Eagle River for a dis- tanoe of approximately Three (3) miles to what is comr. only known as the "falls ", for a period of not less than Three 43) years, And, Whereas, the Board-of County Commissioners has inquired into V the merits said Petition and is fully adz` in relation thereto. Nor, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners �1� • Page --2. of Eagle County heartily endorses said Petition and is in accord therewith, And, Be It Further Resolved, that a copy of this Resolution be sent to the said Holy Cross Rod and Gin Club for forwarding with said Petition to Honorable Roland G. Parvin, State Game and Fish Commissioner, Denver, Colorado." Commissioner Wayne T. Jones seconded said notion and upon ne � ne 3� vote taken, the same was unanimously carried and said reso- lution declared adopted."
