That part of the S.W.4 of the S.W.4 of Section five in Township Five South, Range eighty-five West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, as originally de- scribed, and now a part of Tract number sixty - eight, in said Section, Township and Range, as designated by United States Survey, approved by the United States Surveyor General on June 20, 1922, Accepted June 6, 1923;and more particularly described as follows: - Beginning at a point whence an iron post with bronze cap, marked . 1`' 3 Ras N N Wit q� T01 T' \1z bears S. 75° 50' 30" W., 79.39 feet distant, thence S. 89° 35' E., 77 feet, thence N. 0° 04' W., 188.57 feet, thence N. 89° 35' W., 77 feet, thence S. 0° 04' E., 188.57 feet, to the place of beginning, containing an area of one -third (1/3) acre. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered that above described Parcel No. 1 of said afore- mentioned real estate be sold to Frank VanHorn and Elnora M. VanHorn, husband and wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen and No /100 Dollars 015.00). . AND, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered that above described Parcel No. 2 of said aforementioned real estate be sold to Victor W. Hendrickson for and in con- sideration of the sum of Fifteen and No /100 Dollars ($15.00). AND, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered that above described Parcel No. 3 of said aforementioned real estate be sold to Harold Kemble for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen and No /100 Dollars ($15.00). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Nettie M. Cave, Clerk and Recorder in and for the County of Eagle, State of uolo- -2- • Page - - #3. redo, be, and she hereby is, appointed Commissioner of Deeds to sell and convey the real estate above described 4 and it is hereby ordered that she convey above described Parcel No. 1 of said aforementioned real estate by . Warranty Deed to the said Frank VanHorn and Elnora VanHorn, husband and wife, that she convey above described Parcel No. 2 of said aforementioned real estate by Warranty Deed ► to the said Victor W. Hendrickson, that she convey above described Parcel No. 3 of said aforementioned real estate by Warranty Deed to the said Harold Kemble, and that she affix to each of said conveyances the seal of said County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
