RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM[+HISSIONERS
OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by
the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado,
that, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the
Session Laws of Colorado, Second Extraordinary Session of
1933 -1934, that the following named banks in Eagle and
Garfield Counties, Colorado, be and they hereby are desig-
nated as depositories for the funds of said Eagle County,
to -wit:
The First National Bank of Eagle County,
Eagle, Colorado;
The First National Bank of Glenwood
Springs, Glenwood Springs, Colorado,
and the County Treasurer of Eagle County is authorized and
instruected to secure said deposits in said banks in accord-
ance with the provisions of said aforementioned statute.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that after the
examination of securities pledged by the various banks for
the protection and safety of said Eagle County funds and
same being held in Escrow as provided by law, we, the Board
of County County Commissioners hereby duly approve said
securities.
Read, considered, passed and approved this 5th day
of December, A. D. 1938.
