WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board of County Commis -
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, tha.i there

;are surplus funds in the hands of the County Treasurer of Ea;.-le
County.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in pursuance of
the power given to then: by Section 143 of Chapter 45 of the Colo-
rado Statutes Annotpted, 1935, the County Treasurer of said
liaae County is hereby authorized to invest a, part of said sur-
plus funds in the purchase of county road warrants in the County

of Eagle, State of Colorado.
