WHEREAS, The Board of County Commis-
sioners, sitting as a Board of Equalization in
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, on the
3rd, 4th, and 5th days of September, 1935, and;
WHEREAS, Andrew Oleson appeared before
the Board and requested that his taxes be equal-
ized; and the Assessor being present, and he
explaining in full to the Board the reasons
why his taxes should be so equalized.; and the
Assessor having no objection thereto; and the
Board being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED That Ten (10)
acres of land owned by Andrew Oleson, and now, a-� �_ Tk �
used as pasture land, but being assessed as
agricultural land, be returned for assessment
purposes to pasture land and assessed as pasture
land; and that the County Assessor be given
due notice thereof.
The Commissioners vote in the affirma-
tive for said resolution. -- George W. Watson,
Alfred M. Sloss, Harry A. Nottingham.
