Estavishing a Special Road Fund
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, that there be and hereby is, estab-
lished in this County a fund to be known and designated
"STATE SPECIAL ROAD FUND"
and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be instructed to set up on
their records such fund; and further, that all moneys received from State
apportionments for motor fuel taxes, motor vehicle license fees, bus taxes,
and oil royalties be placed to the credit of said fund and warrants drawn
on said fund shall be drawn only for construction, imppovements, repair
or maintenance of public highways in this County, all vouchers shall
show, in detail, the purposes for which such money was expended.

CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY TREASURER
This is to certify that a "STATE SPECIAL ROAD FUND" estab-
lished by the above resolution has been set up in this office and that
all moneys received from apportionment of motor fuel taxes, motor
vehicle license fees, bus taxes, and oil royalties will be credited to
said fund, and no expenditures from said fund will be permitted ex-
cept for purpose outlined in the resolution and the law governing
in such cases.
