HomeMy WebLinkAboutR1934-07 Real Estate Sold to GypsumA a 3L+ RBsOLUT1Ox- W11EREAS, the County of Eagle, in the state of Colorado, is the owner and holder of legal title to the following desoritred lot or parcel of land, situate in the County of Eagle in the State of Colorado, to -wit: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW-1 of SVr'4;) of Section Five (5), Township Five (5) South of Range Eighty -five (85) mist of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, as originally described, and which, by United States Resurvey of said Township and Range, approved by the United States Surveyor General June 20, 1922, and accepted by the General land Office June 6, 1922, is now designated as a part of Tract Sixty - eight (68), in said Section Five (5), more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the south boundary of Eagle Street, in the Twin of Gypsum, Tsagla County, Colorado, whenoe the West Quarter section corner to said Section Five (5)0 bears North 849 070401T Vest 298,87 feet distant, thence South 01 W East 75.00 fast, thence north 89° 501 West 50.00 feet, thence, North 00 371 west 75.00 feet, thence South 89° 501 East 50.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of 3750 superficial square feet. N0,131 TIIl3RF3FOIi ;, be it resolved and it is hereby ordered that said above described lot or parcel of land be sold to the Town of gypsum, a municipal corporation duly organized and exist- ing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado, for and in oonsideration of the sum of One and N01100 Dollars ($1*00) and other good and valuable consideration. AND, DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Nettie Me Cave, Clerk and Recorder in and for the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, be, and. she hereby is, appointed Corunissioner of Deeds to sell and convey the real estate above described by Quit- Claim Deed to the said Town of Gypewn, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing; under and by virtue of the laws of -I- i Resolution- -Page 124 the State of Colorado, and that she affix to said conveyance the seal of said County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
