CH I The Legislature having passed and the Governor signing House Bills 110. 18 and 19, pertaining to the Desig- nation of Depositories for County Funds by the Board of County Commissioners and the taking of securities for such deposits by the County Treasurer, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Eagle County, Colorado that the following banks in Eagle and Garfield Counties, Colorado, be and they are hereby designated as depositories for the funds of said Eagle County and the County Treasurer authorized and in- structed to secure the said deposits according to law prescribed by House Bill No. 19, to -wit: First National Bank of Eagle County, Eagle,Colorado First National Bank of Glenwood Springs, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Dic.:erson, to ,rive a remainder of his term as such of the -foregoinE; !)ills now ,ssa.ry for the County Treasurer, ne7 Surety 3ond for the County Treasurer, said bond being herewith duly presented and in proper form the same is duly approved and his former bond ordered cancelled.
