WFlEMS, The State Highway department, out of its
1925 Budget hoe awarded to Eagle County, from State funds the
sum of $1000.00 additional to its original allowance for said
County, for maintenance of State Highways in said County, for
the year of 1925, and

certain conditions, rules and- regulations governing the expend-
iture of this joint State and County maintenanoe fund, therefore
be it
REST That the Board of County Commissioners of
Eagle County, do hereby not aside the sum of V1000.03 from the
1925 county road fund to meet the award of :Mate funds made to
this County for maintenance of State Fighwaye In this County,
for the year of 1925, as above set forth., and be it further
:�'S� OLYED That we hereby agree to the conditions,
rules and regulations made by the State Highway Department
