WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board of County Uommiaeionere that there is no road coming off of Derby itoea, In 7iagle County that is a pra0tioable and seasonable road, and that it will octet approximately Five Thousand Dollars to construct a mad from near the mouth of Debby Creek up on Derby Mesa, a distance of 8300 feet, by making an 8; road, or a dietrnoo of 10,770 foot by meld g a &, road. And WHEREAS, the poopie of that community have petitioned tho County of Eagle for aid in maki:tg a road from said Darby iteoa, and it appearing to the said Board of County Commievionera that would not only be a groat help to the residents of said Dorby Mesa, but also to the White liver Forest Department, as said road is only about four miles out of tho said Foroet Boundaries, and it will give an outlet for approximatoly twenty- - throe million feet of turbot now standing on South Dorby M.eea, as this road is logically the outlet for said tt,rbor.
