This being a scheduled Public Hearing, the following items were presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for their consideration:
Commissioner Updates
Commissioner Chandler-Henry gave a shout out to the Castle Peak Senior Care Center for its recent
Alzheimer's fundraiser. The event was well attended. Their memory care center opened a year ago and was full.
Commissioner Scherr reminded everyone that the airport jet ways would be opening. He also
congratulated Chris Lindley who currently was the Public Health and Environment Director but would be moving
on to run the new Eagle Valley Behavior Health nonprofit. He also reminded folks that tomorrow was ride to work
day.
Chairman McQueeney wished everyone a happy summer.
County Manager Updates
Angelo Fernandez provided an update on the 2020 census. Employees were needed to do some early
census work.
Chairman McQueeney reminded everyone of the importance of the census. The wages were reasonable
and the schedule was flexible. She encouraged people to get involved.
Consent Agenda
1. Amendment to the Agreement between The Foundation of Trustees for the Family Learning Center and
Eagle County to Include a Cost of Living Adjustment(COLA)

Commissioner Scherr moved to approve the Consent Agenda for June 25, 2019, as presented.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Constituent Input
Chairman McQueeney opened and closed constituent input, as there was none.
Business Items
1. Tabling Request: Red Mountain Ranch, Filing 4, Lot 9 -Amended Final Plat 9020

Executive Summary: The purpose of this amended final plat is to amend an existing building envelope on Lot 9 in
the Red Mountain Ranch Subdivision, located east of Eagle south of Highway 6. The development is also referred
to as Camony\oods. The proposed Lot 9 building envelope amendment is shown on the attached plat. The
Applicant proposes to amend the shape of the building envelope to accommodate a u-shaped house design and extra
garage space to store a recreational vehicle under cover.
The size of the proposed amended building envelope will remain at the current 7,093 square feet. The parcel is 2.01
acres.
The proposed envelope revision would decrease the existing front setback by 17 feet, the west setback by 17 feet
and the east setback by 2 feet. while still meeting required setbacks.
The request today is that the Board table this file from June 25 to August 27, 2019.
Ms. Caryl stated the file was being tabled at the request of the applicant.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to table the Red Mountain Ranch, Filing 4, Lot—Amended Final
Plat 9020 to August 27, 2019.
Commissioner Scherr seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
2. Resolution 2019-042 Concerning Appointments to the Eagle County Regional Transportation Authority
Board

Executive Summary: The Town of Avon would like to request that the Board of County Commissioners appoint
Jake Wolf as an alternate member to the Eagle County Regional Transportation Authority Board. .
Commissioner Scherr moved to approve the resolution concerning appointments to the Eagle County
Regional Transportation Authority.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners
and re-convene as the Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation.
Commissioner Scherr seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.

Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation
1. Airline Operator Rules and Regulations for Gate Allocation

Executive Summary: Eagle County Air Terminal Rules and Regulations for assignment and use of common use
gates.
Jodi Doney, Terminal Operations Manager stated that the document was the final product of a lot of hard
work.
Beth Oliver, Deputy County Attorney stated that the resolution approved the rules and regulations related
to the assignment and use of the common use gates.
Commissioner Scherr moved to approve the Airline Operator Rules and Regulations for Gate Allocation.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation and re-
convene as the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners.
Commissioner Scherr seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
