BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 19- 1
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY HOMEBUYERS ASSISTANCE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter the "Board"), desires to make certain new appointments to the
Eagle County'Homebuyers Assistance Committee (hereinafter the "HBAC"), and desires
to make certain reappointments to the HBAC as necessary to fill current vacancies; and
WHEREAS, the following appointments do not constitute contractual obligations of the
County of Eagle or of the Board, and the County and Board are not legally bound for the
respective terms of appointment as specified herein. The County, by and through the
Board, has the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add or abolish such
appointments and to fill vacancies as it sees fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints the following individuals to serve as regular members
of the HBAC with their representative term expiration dates as set forth below:

Presley Ilieva December 2021
Carolyn Meadowcroft December 2025
Cris Nelson December 2021
Chico Thuon December 2025
James Wilkins December 2021
Laurie Slaughter December 2025
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 14 day of
