Dear Sir or Madam,
Pursuant to C.R.S. ยง 32-1-306, C.R.S., special districts are required to provide a current and accurate
map of the District boundaries to the Division of Local Government, County Assessor, and County Clerk
and Recorder on or before January 1 of each year.
The Cordillera Valley Club Metropolitan District, located in Eagle County, did not have any inclusions or
exclusion during the 2018 calendar year. Therefore, the district boundary map presently on file with the
Division is current and accurate. If we can be of further assistance, please contact this office.
