publichealthdepartmentsacrossthenationtoupgradetheirabilitytoeffectivelyrespondtoarangeofpublichealththreats, includinginfectiousdiseases,naturaldisasters,andbiological,chemical,nuclear,andradiologicalevents.Changeswererequiredtoextendforanadditionalterm.TheStatepromisestopaytheContractorthesumofThirtySixThousandNineHundredTwentyThreeDollars,($36,923.00)for therenewaltermofone(1)year,endingonJune30,2019,inexchangefor thepromiseoftheContractortoperformthespecificationstotheworkdescribedherein.NOWTHEREFORE,inconsiderationoftheirmutualpromisestoeachother,stated below,theparties
