RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF EAGLE COUNTY
COLORADO ,
0 WHEREAS, there has been allocated to the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado from the so-called Forest Reserve Fund the sum of Four
Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and Forty-one Cents
($4483.41) , and;
WHEREAS, five (5) per cent of said fund should be taken and trans-
ferred to the General SohoolFund, and;
WHEREAS, five ( 5) per cent of Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-
Three Dollars and Forty-one Cents ($4483.41) is the sum of Two ,
Hundred Twenty Four Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($224.17) .
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Eagle dounty, Colorado, that the, sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty-Nine Dollars and Twenty-four Cents ($4259.24) of the above
mentioned Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-three Dollars and Forty-
One Cents ($4483.41) be deposited in the so-called General Road
Fund; and that the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars and
Seventeen Cents (*224.17) be deposited in, the General School Fund.
