RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING KIMBERLY BELL WILLIAMS,EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS WITH A VALUE NO GREATER
THAN TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
WHEREAS,the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority("ECHDA")enters
into agreements and executes documents in the conduct of its business and management of various
housing projects and properties; and
WHEREAS,ECHDA desires to authorize Kimberly Belt Williams,Executive Director of
ECHDA to execute agreements and documents with values no greater than twenty thousand dollars
($20,000) so long as funds have been properly budgeted and appropriated for such expenditures;and
WHEREAS, any agreements ordocuments in excess of twenty thousand dollars
($20,000) shall be approved by the Commissioners of the ECHDA;and
WHEREAS, agreements or documents to be executed by Kimberly Bell Williams on
behalf of ECHDA shall be subject to prior review and approval by the Eagle County Attorneys'
Office;and
WHEREAS,agreements and documents committing funds and executed by Kimberly
Bell Williams on behalf of the ECHDA shall be identified on the next available agenda for the
ECHDA.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
EAGLE COUNTY HOUSINGAND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY:
THAT the Commissioners hereby authorize Kimberly Bell Williams , Executive Director
of ECHDA to execute agreements and documents with amounts no greater than twenty thousand
dollars($20.000) so long as funds have been properly budgeted and appropriated, and subject to
prior review and approval of such documents by the County Attorneys' Office.
THAT this Resolution is necessary for the health,safety and welfare of the people of
Eagle County,Colorado.
MOVED,READ AND ADOPTED by the Commissioneu of the Eagle County Housing
