by and between Remonov & Company, Inc., a Colorado corporation (he
and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hercinailer
"County").
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-37, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of L-agic, State of Colorado ("County") entered into a Subdivision Improvements
Agreement dated December 5, 1994 ("Agreement") with Remonov & Company, Inc.
("Subdivider") as a condition of release of a Deed of Trust on the property known as The
Homestead Subdivision, Filing 3; and
WHERE AS, the Subdivision Improvements tree and and that all subdivision
improvements shall be completed prior to August
WHEREAS, certain public improvements associated with the Homestead Subdivision,
Filing 3 have not been completed; and

WHEREAS, Subdivider requests an extension of
fthcompletion date to July 1, 1998, and
acknowledges the necessity of providing collateraltherefore-,
WHEREAS, based thereon the County agrees to said extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Subdivision Improvements Agreement is hereby amended to
of the public improvements to July 1, 199R.
extend the date for completion
THAT, all covenants and conditions of thesubdivision
iand impreffecovements Agreement which
are not hereby expressly amended shall remain in full
force THAT, the parties agree that this Amendment does not in any way abrogate the rights of
the County in enforcing the Subdivider's performance of his outstanding obligations under the
