ASSIGNMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT
Stephanie Churchill or Marc A. Churchill to Eagle County
TO: Mountain Bank
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Stephanie Churchill or Marc A. Churchill hereby
assign to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, an interest
Certificate of Deposit No. 18514 to the extent of One Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,450.00), excluding all interest now due
or to become due on the assigned amount. This Assignment is given
as security for the trench cut across road and along edge for gas
>and cable T.V. lines at 1400 to 1794 Eby Creek Road, Eagle. This
Assignment shall be a continuing assignment and shall remain
effective until the Board of County Commissioners, by written
resolution, authorizes the release of the security.
Eagle County may authorize a reduction in the security
represented by this Assignment, by written resolution.
Stephanie Churchill or Marc A. Churchill hereby authorize
Eagle County to demand and collect all or any portion of the
deposit to the extent of the assigned amount in accordance with
this Assignment, and to issue a receipt for any sums received
therefrom. Stephanie Churchill or Marc A. Churchill, hereby direct
Mountain Bank to pay to the County, its legal representative,
successors or assigns, upon written demand, the amount so demanded,
to the extent of the assigned amount.
This Assignment shall neither be amended nor terminated
without the consent of all signatories hereto, which shall be in
writing.
