You will add this order to Beaver Creek Resort Company's order. The coaches will be delivered approximately October 1996 and not later than October 15, 1996. The coaches will be delivered to the County, or to an agent which the County may hereafter identify. Your billing for these coaches should go directly to the County. Title will be delivered to the County or as the County may hereafter specify. The price is $208,545.00 per coach, Creek,Colorado. 25r1996 The price is payable 10% down -- payable on or about -- with the balance payable within 30 days after acceptance. Ken Robinson January 10, 1996 Page Two You have been advised that a 1/2%- sales tax dedicated to mass transportation went into effect in Eagle County on January 1, and proceeds of that tax is the source of funds for this purchase. Sales taxes are reported and paid to the State, which later reports and pays local governments. Our estimate is that by April 25 Eagle County will have received -sufficient proceeds from this sales tax to pay the down payment, and by the end of October sufficient proceeds to pay the balance. We hope to avoid any confusion associated with our being piggy- backed onto Beaver Creek Resort Company's order. We recognize, of course, that some changes in the specifications may be made, along with associated changes in price, and we will work with Bill Simmons at Beaver Creek Resort Company to try to coordinate any such changes. Nevertheless, please do not make any changes to this order unless the change is confirmed directly by Eagle County. Please contact Bob Loeffler, Assistant County Attorney, at 970-328- 8685 if you have any questions or issues regarding this order. very truly yours, EAGLE COUNTY ^BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Georg A.
