Please be notified that on March 11, 1996 the Eagle County Board of
County Commissioners awarded the above referenced project to Elam
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $294,887.50.
Enclosed please find four counterparts of the contract documents
including the agreement. In accordance with Section 18 of the
Instructions to Bidders, you are to execute all four counterparts
of the Agreement, attach the Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and
Proof of Insurance required by the documents, and return all four
counterparts to Eagle County within fifteen (15) days.
