2. The basis of elevation is a sanitary sewer manhole located north of
Lot 1 in the Nugget Lone right -of -way having a rim elevation of
8446.00.
3 Lot 1 is subject to easements, conditions, covenants, restrictions,
reservations and notes on the Plat of Bighorn Estates recorded
March 25, 1971 under Reception No. 115695.
4. Date of Survey. November 2016.
5. Land Title Guarantee Company title commitment number V50043180 -4
having an effective date of February 29, 2016 was relied upon for a//
title and easement information.
6. The units of lineal measurement are in U.S. Survey Feet.
