PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to C.R.S. 38-26-107, that FINAL
SETTLEMENT of that certain contract between OLDCASTLE SW GROUP d/b/a B&B
EXCAVATING and the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, dated August 30, 2011,
for the Beard/Berry Creek Sidewalk Project has been scheduled for January 3,
2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Eagle County Room located on the second floor of the
Eagle County Building, 500 Broadway, in Eagle, Colorado. Any person, co-
partnership, association of persons, company or corporation, that has furnished
labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies
used or consumed by OLDCASTLE SW GROUP d/b/a B&B EXCAVATING its subcontractors,
in or about the performance of work contracted to be done under the above -
referenced contract, or that supplies rental machinery, tools or equipment to
the extent used in the prosecution of said work, whose claim therefore has not
been paid by OLDCASTLE SW GROUP d/b/a B&B EXCAVATING or its subcontractors at
any time up to and including the time of final settlement for the work
contracted to be done, may file with the Board of County Commissioners, County
of Eagle, Colorado, a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account
of such claim. Any claim so filed shall be addressed to the Board of County
Commissioners, County of Eagle, Colorado, P.O. Box 850, Eagle, Colorado, 81631;
Attention: Bryan R. Treu, County Attorney. Telephone inquiries regarding such
final settlement may be made by calling (970) 328-8685.

11) Other: We received an invoice from B&B in the amount of $148,923.19. This invoice indicates
that all but 2 items are 100% complete; the remainder due, if it should reach 100% complete is $5172.77.
The original bid amount was $161,934.04. 1 have copied Eva (and Ben) anticipating that Eva might be
able to shed some light on this. EVA — THIS IS WHAT LORI SENT ME REGARDING FIGURES. ALL
I NEED IS THE FINAL FIGURE THAT WILL BE PAID OUT WITH THIS FINAL SETTLEMENT. THANK
