He had been an Eagle County Commissioner for 12 years. He loved Eagle County and put his land under a conservation easement. He was a supporter of the cultural heritage and touched many people. Consent Agenda 1. Approval of the Minutes of the Board of County Commissioner Meetings for May 10 and May 17, 2016 Teak Simonton, Clerk and Recorder 2. Amendment to Agreement between Eagle County and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for Immunization Services Rebecca Larson, Public Health 3. Amendment to the Task Order Contract between Eagle County and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for Emergency Preparedness Activities Rebecca Larson,Public Health 4. Memorandum of Understanding between Eagle County and the Edwards Metropolitan District Outlining Funding Agreements for Regional Transportation Projects Beth Oliver,Attorney's Office 5. Second Amendment to Contract between Eagle County and The Conservation Fund to Buy and Sell Real Estate Associated with Colorado River Open Space Properties Toby Sprunk, Open Space 6. Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Avon and Eagle County Concerning the Avon to EagleVail Trail Project Ellie Caryl, ECO Trails 7. Agreement between Eagle County and the Northwest Colorado Councils of Governments' Alpine Area Agency on Aging for Older Adult Services Carly Rietmann,Public Health 1 06/21/2016 8. Agreement between Eagle County and Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. for Construction of Edwards Safe Routes to School Improvements Taylor Ryan, Engineering 9. Encroachment Agreement between Eagle County and WE-cycle For Bike Share Station at the Crown Mountain Park Eva Wilson, Engineering 10. Encroachment Agreement between Eagle County and WE-cycle For Bike Share Station at the Summit Vista Site Eva Wilson, Engineering Mirte Mallory with WE-cycle's Hub and Executive Director spoke. WE-cycle was the Roaring Fork Valley bike transit system. She announced that Bike Share had come to Eagle County. There were 23 stations in the Basalt, Willits and El Jebel areas. Two of the stations being added were at Summit Vista and Crown Mountain Park. WE-cycle Basalt was chosen as one of nine national recipients of the Better Bike Share Partnership. They currently had 43 stations throughout the Aspen and Basalt systems and 190 bicycles. Toby Sprunk spoke about the sale of the Dotsero Landing. The Bureau of Land Management would be purchasing the property. The State Bridge and Two Bridges properties would be bundled and sold in 2017 when funding becomes available through the Federal Land&Water Conservation Fund. The Conservation Fund was acting as a broker to facilitate the transaction. Commissioner Ryan moved to approve the Consent Agenda for June 21, 2016,as presented. Commissioner Chandler-Henry seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous. Citizen Input Chairman Jeanne McQueeney opened and closed citizen input, as there was none.
