Focus group/discussion with tJ/orklVell Advisory Cornmhtee on Health Equrty: Plan and lead a facilitated discussion on health cquity with the WorkWell Collaborative Advisory Comrnittee to gain their insight about tnirrging a health equity lcns to wurksite wellness and the WorkWell Collaborativc Project. Presenl rtsultsfrom the semi-stnrctured interviews back to the WorkWell Collabomtive Advisory Cornmittee al a future moeting, preftrably in-persorr (or by phone if nccdcd). 5. Provide guidauce on othcr hcalth equity initiatives by [aglc County Public tlealth and Environment via phone coruultstion; may rcquire advaloe rcview of provided docurnenls. Fccs: The Coutractor will subrnit an invoice by the 2d of each month. The invoice will include all costs associated with thc Project as delined above.
