THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Second Amendment") is effective as of the \$r- day of
,2016 by and between Narda Reigel, a sole proprietor (hereinafter "Contractor"
or\\onsultant") and Eagle County,.Colorado, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter
"County").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, County and Consultant entered into an agreement dated the 13'h day of November,
2014, for certain Services (the "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, by the First Amendment dated June 3, 2015, the term of the Original Agreement
was extended to May 31,2016; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement expires on the 31" day of May,2016 and the
parties desire to extend the term of the Original Agreement for an additional year on the same
terms and conditions as set forth in the Original Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify the compensation rate as set forth below.
SECOND AMENDMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual rights and obligations as
set forth below, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Original Agreement shall be amended to extend the term to the 31" day of May,
20t7.
The Payment and Fee Schedule in Exhibit A of the Original Agreement is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Count5/ will compensate Conffactor for performance of services as follows: (1) Face
to face contact with the client or family for family engagement meeting facilitation-
$55 per hour for on-site/office meetings and $75 per hour for off-site community
family meetings (2) Face to face contact for supervised visitation services - $35 per
how for on-site/offrce services and $45 per hour for off-site community services (3)
Case management services - $35 per hour. The maximum confract amount is not to
exceed $101000. There shall be no compensation for travel time or travel related
expenses."
Capitalized terms in this Second Amendment will have the same meaning as in the
Original Agreement. To the extent that the terms and provisions of the Second

Arnendment conflict with rnodif,i or supplernentportions of the Original Agreement,
the terms and provisions contained in this Second Amendment shall govem and
control the rights and obligations of the parties.
Except as expressly altered, rnodified and changed in this Second Amendment, all
terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect,
and are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects as of the date hereof.
This Second Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to the
Original Agreement the day and year first above written.
