FIRST AMENDMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual rights and obligations as set forth below, the parties agrce as follows: 1. The Original Agreernent shall be amencled to extend the term to the 3l't day of December,2016. 2. Capitalizerl tenns in this First Amendment will have the same meaning as in the Original Agrcement. To the extent that the terms and provisions of the First Amendment conflict with, modify or supplernent portions of the Original Ageement, the teuns and provisions contained in tliis First Arnendment shall govelll and contlol the rights and obligations of the parties. 3. Except as expressly altercd, rirodified and changed in this Filst Amendment, all tet'ms and plovisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are heleby ratified and confirrned in all lespects as of the date hereof. 4.
