RELEASE OF MASTER COVENANT
FOR THE OCCUPANCY AND RESALE OF EAGLE COUNTY HOUSING
A "Master Covenant for the Occupancy and Resale of Eagle County Housing" was recorded on
March 5, 2009, at Reception No. 200903853 in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of
Eagle County, Colorado (the "Covenant"). By execution of the Covenant, Eagle County,
Colorado ("County'') accepted and agreed to enforce the terms of the Covenant, including the
right and obligation to release the Covenant on terms and subject to the requirements contained
therein.
Under Section 6 of the Covenant, the County agrees to release the Covenant in favor of the
holder or any assigns of a holder of an FHA First Deed of trust who becomes the owner of the
unit by way of a deed in lieu of foreclosure, public trustee's confirmation deed or sheriff s
confirmation deed. Section 5 of the Covenant provides that under such circumstances, the
Covenant is automatically released and waived. A public trustee's confirmation deed was issued
to the holder of an FHA First Deed of Trust on November 7, 2014, and recorded at Reception
No. 20141921, automatically releasing the Covenant against the following unit at Stratton Flats,
hereinafter identified as the "Property:"

DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO: (1) THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF STRATTON

MARCH 21, 2008 AT RECEPTION NO. 200806089, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO; (2)
THE FINAL PLAT OF STRATTON FLATS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DATED

EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO; (3) THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO FINAL PLAT OF

RECORDED JANUARY 22, 2OO9 AT RECEPTION NO. 200900843, EAGLE COUNTY,
