Subject: Addendum 5 to Air Traffic Control Tower Services Agreement
("Agreement") between Eagle County, Colorado ("County") and Serco
Management Services, Inc. ("Contractor") executed November 25,2011-
Reference: Acknowledgement of 2015 -2016 seasonal extra hours' dates, price, and
funding
The execution of this Addendum 5 will serve as acknowledgement of the County's desire
to extend the hours of operation at the Eagle County Airport Air Traffic Control Tower
from Decemb er 17,2015 through April 3, 2016. The extended hours of operation will be
from 7:00 P.M. - l1:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday. To accommodate for training and
certification prior to the commencement of extended hours on December 17,2015, the
Contractor furnished air traffic controller will begin working on or about November 28,
20t5.
As ofNovember 28, 2015 (the "Effective Date" of this Addendum 5), and subject to the
provisions and conditions of this Agreement, Eagle County shall pay to Contractor an
amount not to exceed the total sum of $44 ,321.65 (the "Contract Price") for the extended
hours and for the training of and services provided by the additional air traffic controller.
This amount will be billed in five equal installments of $8,864.33 (eight thousand, eight
hundred sixty four dollars and thirty+hree cents) with the first invoice to be issued
December 15,2015 and the last invoice to be issued April 15, 2016.
This addendum replaces Article 3.1 and the Pricing section of EXHIBIT A.
In WITNESS WHEREOF. the Parties hereto have executed this Addendum as of the
Effective Date of November 28,2015. ln the event of a conflict between the provisions
of the Agreement and the provisions of this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum
shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and are
in full force and effect.
